
Andy Sullivan leads the way for the next generation in the goods industry, bringing more than a decade of experience in logistical services already! From A to Z, Sullivan initially worked to load air charging and ensure smooth aircraft at Gatwick Airport.
Over the course of the next decade, he gained valuable experience with Virgin Atlantic Cargo, and supporting the major aviation charter projects during the epidemic, before moving to roles in DHL and Cargonet. His successful start in Cargonet since then has developed Sullivan to become the sales manager, as he has led the external sales team since April 2024. In Cargonet, Sullivan now sees a new approach to rolling out wholesale.
How did you enter the terms of the tendons/logistics services?
My father was in the Irish Air Force as part of the engineering team and the renovation of the stocks. Flying was part of my life as long as I could remember it. After completing my university session, I was not thinking twice in getting an Airside job at Gatwick Airport in its invasion.
What is the quote that echoed with you more?
Difficult options, easy life. Easy options, difficult life.
What is the best advice you received ever?
God gave us two ears and one mouth for some reason. What are the most adventurous things you have ever? Something recommended by anyone, draining the sky over the palm in Dubai. What hobby did you always want to try but never wandered? Dive diving. If you have not followed a profession in the air field, what is the other field you wanted to go to? Military – Rav in particular. If you can get any great power, what will be? You must fly.
What is the most proud of your moment and the greatest regret?
The most moment will be to buy the first property in southern England. The biggest sorry, I do not travel around the world enough in the late teenager/early twenties.
If there is a movie about your life, who would you like to see the role of the leadership?
Ryan Gosling. If we look back in your career, what will your message be for a person who is thinking about a profession in logistical services? Try and start practical training. You can not really understand a product/ service/ chain of supply until you live and breathe every day.
How to motivate your team?
He leads role models. We strive to be a role model. Giving priority to workshops in training and comments. Listen to ideas and notes. Make sure that everyone is aware of our performance and how we have affected the results.
What is the only element that you cannot travel without?
Golf clubs! What will your CV will be called? Sometimes, less!

What is the best and worst purchase you have ever?
Best purchase: my first home. The worst purchase: $ 600 is a bottle of vodka in Las Vegas.
