Justus Klüver-CCLOTFELDT is the co-founder and CEO of Nex E-Commerce Hub. With years of experience in global trade and the re -direction of international shipping, he is known for his talent in reading people’s strengths and positive and building successful works in the supply chain industry. When NEX does not run, he loves spending time, traveling with his family and doing sports such as tennis, running and skiing.
How did you enter the terms of the tendons/logistics services?
It was a mixture of curiosity, opportunity and deep interest in global trade. The e -commerce was expanding quickly, and I saw the need for better logistical solutions to support international growth. This prompted me to focus on the movement across the border, loyalty, and technical solutions.
What is the quote that echoed with you more?

What is the best advice you received ever?
Surround yourself with the people who challenge you and distract you. Growth occurs when you are ready to get out of your comfort area.
What are the most adventurous things you have ever?
A rowing riding journey on one body in the Norwegian mountains. I never felt alive.
If you can have dinner with any three people, they live or dead, who will be and why?
Ed Sheeran – I think he will be a great person to stick with him.
Richard Branson – to get to know his approach to driving and innovation.
My grandmother – I couldn’t be there when she died, but I wanted to say a lot to her.
What is the thing that we do not know about you from your CV?
I have a great passion for cars. If I hadn’t finished the logistics services, I would have done anything that includes cars.
What hobby did you always want to try but never wandered?
Sailing – there is a great thing on this topic.
If you have not followed a profession in the air field, what is the other field you wanted to go to?
Something about cars, perhaps in the race scene.
If you can get any great power, what will be?
The ability to be in multiple places at one time – it will be useful given my travel schedule!
What is the most proud of your moment and the biggest sorry?
The most proud of a moment in the works: Seeing the success of the first told us with Nex, especially the moment when I realized that everyone came because they believed in us.
I am proud of a moment in private life: hold my children’s hands for the first time.
Great regret: Not spending more time to meditate in the twenties and early thirties. I cost me a lot of friendship and family.
If there is a movie about your life, who would you like to see the role of the leadership?
This is difficult: Perhaps Bruce Willis.
If we look back in your career, what will your message be for a person who is thinking about a profession in logistical services?
Logistics services are the backbone of global trade. If you are ready to make a fast -paced and constantly changing manufacturer equivalent to problem solving and elasticity, continue to do so. But be ready for that, there is no industry like it and you may end up with at least one heart attack.
How to motivate your team?
By enhancing a common vision, encouraging innovation, and recognizing achievements – people perform their best when they feel appreciated and commercial partners.
What is the only element that you cannot travel without?
My phone – it’s my office, a call center, and the travel guide in everything.
Who is your role model?
There are several. I admire the leaders who unite the status quo – my business partner admire me, as well as my former boss, Peter Sunderland – to name a few.

Dogs – they are always vital, vital and ready for adventure.

Night Owl – I love to stay far and I am very active at night.

Burger made in a truck that stopped along the E6 highway from Oslo to Lilahmer in Norway. The best burger eaten ever.
