What is the function of your dreams as a child?
Nothing is specific when you were a child, but when he was a teenager he wanted to become a pilot. Moreover, I have applied all the tests at the Transport Air School. The first time I suffered from racism at the company’s level, as someone in the organization threatened me that he would make sure that the committee will prohibit my request. Nowadays I am grateful for that day. It was a good lesson in life and happy that I was not a pilot, because it does not suit me.
What is the biggest change I saw in the industry?
I remember the days that started work in 2014, and the first thing I noticed is that the air freight industry was late in using technology. The necessary technology was available or at least the tools that could have been developed, and transport companies have already implemented in their passenger department. Since then, the digitization has been slowly served. The market was skeptical and did not expect rapid development and the penetration of the market. The shift towards automation and sustainability is the transformation of the industry at the present time.
What is the most strange thing that you have ever charged?
The strange animals of the wildlife preservation program.
Window or the corridor seat?
Corridor seat. The easiest arrival and non -climbing people during long -range trips. But you cannot resist the window seat while flying to LHR and a nice view of the city or see the Alps while traveling to MXP.
What is the best work lesson you learned in the difficult way?
The importance of managing my own expectations. In the air freight industry, things can change quickly, and we face unexpected challenges. By setting realistic goals and preparing for what is unexpected, I learned to keep positive and keep momentum without feeling disappointed when things do not always go as expected.

Shipping manager at an airline. Experience the other side of the table for once.
What are the three elements that you will bring to a desert island?
My dream wishes: hunting network, knife, fire kit. But reality: laptop, phone and power bank.
Tea or coffee?
Coffee in the morning because it is essential fuel for our feverish industry, and Turkish tea in the evening for some peace of mind.
What is your television program or the guilty fun movie?
The “Big Bang theory” is definitely. I watched all the episodes, maybe 7-8 times. I start laughing in front of funny scenes, as I already know what will happen.
What is the most exciting place you visited to work?
Hong Kong, to a large extent one of the most impressive cities in the world.
If you can present a new list of air cargo, what will be?
Imposing a unified training for all shipping personnel. It requires the global foundation level for training for all air freight participants. This would improve the comprehensive quality of services in the industry.
