
Geodes announces the appointment Jean Bennoune Devagus as a general group lawyer. He will be a member of the group’s board of directors, chaired by Marie Kristen Lombard, CEO of Geoodis. He also became a member of the Geodes Executive Council alongside Mary Christine Lombard and David Tarack.

Jean-Benoît Devauges began his career with the International Arbitration Company Lazareff & Associés before joining the Renault Legal Department in 2000 as a corporate lawyer. In 2006, he joined the Nissan Motor International Legal Circuit in Tokyo, Japan, before being transferred two years later to the United States, and joined the Nissan team in North America in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was appointed Deputy General Adviser to the Group in Renault in 2011 with the responsibility of partnerships, integration and acquisition. In 2017, he was promoted to the General Adviser and was appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2019.
Jean-Benoît Devauges holds graduate degrees from Paris I University in International Business Law and the Second University of Paris in the European Union Law. He was accepted for practice in France.
