The new Swissport site at Tullamarine Airport, Melbourne, in a strategic position as a closer facility with Airside Access, providing a great competitive advantage for shipping orientations. The warehouse extends over a total area of 9366 square meters, including approximately 5,000 square meters of warehouse floor area, and it is characterized by a warehouse of storage systems controlled by the temperature designed to deal with pharmaceutical materials and pharmaceutical preparations, maintaining conditions of 2-8 degrees Celsius and 15 -25 ° C-depending on specific requirements for shipments.
Also at Sydney Airport, Swissport expanded its mark with a newly renovated facility, which increased the total area of dealing with it to more than 4,500 square meters. The controlled atmosphere is equipped with a temperature to deal with a wide range of products, including damageable materials, pharmaceutical preparations, mail, fast shipments, public charging, and ensuring smooth operations to meet the various customer needs. It is completely licensed to meet all the requirements of customs, biological security and examination of organized air freight agents (RACA).
In addition, the designated fast connection trucks, capable of downloading Airside, will enable the fast delivery in favor of shipping shipments in just 45 minutes of the arrival of the plane.
In addition to its expansion in Australia, Swissport also determines its entry into the New Zealand air freight market. Starting in late March 2025, its services will be available at Auckland Airport.
