The Asia Airfreight (“AAT”) was established, which is a subsidiary of Sats LTD (“Sats”), and Sats HK Limited (“Satshk”), a joint venture between Hong Kong Airlines Ltd and Sats, a comprehensive partnership with air capabilities DHL sales (“DHL ACS”), the commercial section of the DHL Aviation company that manages the capacity of shipping from the airport to air through its global network, at Hong Kong International Airport (“HKIA”).
Based on the SATS partnership that deals with DHL network companies at Changi Airport in Singapore, this cooperation combines charging experience in AAT and SATSHK specialized ground treatment capabilities to strengthen Hong Kong as a major air freight center. The partnership began successfully in January 2025 with AAT processing processes for the main DHL networks.
Since then, the parties have dealt with more than 50 weekly charging. Meanwhile, Satshk provides slope handling solutions, ensuring smooth floor processes for these HKIA tankers. AAT provides comprehensive services to deal with shipping to leading airlines, including physical goods processing, documentation processing and specialized solutions. Satshk provides a full range of ground handling services that include passenger treatment, slope operations, flight operations, luggage services, and pregnancy control.
