
ACIA Aero Leasing has announced the sale of an ATR 72-500 LCD freighter (MSN727) to Canadian regional airline Air Creebec. This aircraft is the first ATR aircraft to be introduced into its fleet. The aircraft will enter operations in December 2024, serving Air Creebec’s multiple cargo contracts across Canada.
The aircraft was originally converted into a large cargo ship in 2021, and was upgraded with a large cargo door (LCD) at Empire Aerospace, in Idaho, USA.
