Air Charter Service has promoted Georgina Heron to group customer experience director, joining the company’s board.
Chris Leitch, Chairman of ACS, commented: “Georgina originally worked for us 20 years ago, in various roles, including the Accounts Department and as an Executive Assistant, while studying for her degree. She joined the Private Jets team full-time in 2008 As a broker, she rose through the ranks to the position of Director of Private Jets in the ACS London office in 2018.

“With her experience managing the company’s largest private jet team, and dealing with some of our largest clients, her personal service was truly outstanding. Georgina was the perfect fit for the newly created role of Transformation Director, which she has held for the past two years, focusing on using technology to improve Customer Experience Following her success in this role, she moves into her new role where she will oversee every aspect of customer experience – including training, after-sales, our aviation representative team and on-board experience – ensuring we continue to be market-leading across the board. The service customers can expect from us.”

Georgina said of her appointment: “Customer service is diminishing in many industries, and as we enter the next phase of our growth, we need to evolve our technology and training systems to meet the new challenges that come with scale. We must also ensure we continue to quickly identify areas of strength and weakness,” Georgina said of her appointment. And improve it where we can. My main goal in this role is to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey, with exceptional personal service for everyone who rents with us.
