
Global air prices fell to a slightly decreased again last week, according to the latest data from the TAC index, which is the reporting agency in the air freight market. The comprehensive air freight index (Bai00), which was calculated by TAC, decreased by -0.7 % a week to January 27 in running to the new Chinese year.
Prices from China reached Europe and the United States. The Hong Kong External Road Index (Bai30) increased by +0.8 % Wow to leave it in the foreground by +8.4 % on an annual basis. The external Shanghai (Bai80) has gained some Wow +4.8 %, also leaving an annual basis by +8.4 %. Elsewhere in Asia, the dollar prices to Europe had risen from Bangkok and left Seoul and took a little again from India, but less than Vietnam – while the US prices did not change slightly.
Outside Europe, the rates were mostly lower, including corridors to China and Japan, as well as in general on the high -ranking roads to the United States. The Roads Index issued by Frankfurt (Bai20) threw 7.0 % after modern great gains, leaving it still decreased by +24.6 % on an annual basis, with the increase in US rates. London Outbound London (Bai40) has gained Wow 4.0 %, leading higher prices to North America, leaving +11.3 % on an annual basis.
From the Americas, the Road Index often decreased from Chicago (Bai50) sharply by -20.8 % after some modern gains, bringing it back to negative lands by -4.5 % on an annual basis. The total rates of the United States were in the corridors to China and also a little less to Europe, but it rose again to South America.
The post -airline edge appeared slightly lower in the air cargo week.
