
Avilease, a PIF company and a global plane lessor, has announced the delivery of three Airbus A320neo aircraft to SDH Wings International Limited Limited (“SDH Wings”), a joint venture with the Chinese Sovereign Fund in which AVilese has a 10 % stake. The three aircraft on a long -term rental contract for a flying company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With these deliveries, SDH Wings now own twenty -five aircraft.
This deal represents a new stage in cooperation between the two partners, which is part of a broader memorandum of understanding (Memorandum of Understanding) to gain 20 new technology aircraft.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding, Avilease will support the SDH wings in expanding its fleet wallet while enhancing partnership with Sichuan Development International Holdings (SDIH), the majority contributor to SDH Wings. By taking advantage of Avilease’s experience in renting and financing modern and fuel -effective aircraft, SDH Wings aims to take advantage of opportunities in the aviation financing market.
