Ig Cargo has a partnership with Champ Cargosystems to adopt the S2Z Scan, which is the same AI application that is automated from paper to digital air networks (AWBS) and other documents. The partnership follows a recent successful trial.
CHAMP A2Z Scan, a new service supported by Cargospot-Neo Platform, is designed to help airlines and ground handling agents (GHAS) to enter the APP data (AWB) to unify with all river course operations and systems.
The tool provides great time savings, simplifying operations, preventing delay, and driving efficiency through operations.
The lock of these competencies is canceled by using artificial intelligence technology (AI) and the technology of identifying visual letters (OCR), which allows accurate extraction of data from the halls of paper air rivalry, as well as allowing the system to learn from these data.
CHAMP and Ig Cargo cooperated to create a custom solution that supports customers to move from paper air networks to digital air networks. Through this integration, Ig Cargo clients can access the A2Z CHAMP survey capabilities through the Cargo Iag portal using one SSO login, ensuring a smooth user experience.
“This partnership with Champ determines another important step on our digital transformation journey. By merging the A2Z survey, we make it easy for customers to move to the digital AWBS, and this will lead to increased efficiency through our operations,” said David Walker, Ig Cargo chief information and information official.
“Champ A2Z Scan is the first of our tools that are based on 100 % of artificial intelligence and can achieve many benefits to customers like Iag Cargo. This is an important strategic step on their part, and I congratulate their commitment to digitization in air charging,” said Lucas Fernandez, Vice President for Innovation and Vision at CHAMP.
