Since its establishment in 2004, China Transport Logistics has been recognized as the leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management in the Asia-Pacific region. Over the past two decades, the expo has consistently set industry trends and served as an important gateway for both global companies seeking access to the Chinese market and Chinese companies looking to expand globally. From June 25 to 27, the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center will once again be the meeting place for the global air freight and logistics industry. More than 700 exhibitors will display their products and services on an exhibition area of 50,000 square metres. Visitors will also have the opportunity to learn about the latest developments and trends as part of the conference programme.
In 2004, China’s first transportation logistics facility was established on an area of approximately 22,000 square meters. Today, the trade show has evolved into a global platform for the logistics industry, and international interest continues unabated. China’s importance as a center for the international movement of goods remains as great as ever. The Port of Shanghai, for example, is the largest and busiest port in the world, handling more than 25 percent of the world’s shipping traffic. China’s e-commerce market is also driving demand for innovative logistics solutions.
Despite a six-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, China’s transportation logistics is back in full swing with an exhibition area of 50,000 square meters and more than 700 exhibitors, building on the success of 2018. Numerous international joint entries from countries such as Germany confirm Italy, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and the Czech Republic, in addition to the participation of the ITCO industry association in the international tank container village. The trade fair covers the full range of logistics services, from real estate logistics and air freight to road transportation, port and freight logistics, fresh produce logistics, logistics equipment, IT systems and special vehicles.
In 2024, air freight will be made in China again as part of China’s logistics transportation. It is the largest air cargo industry event in the Asia region, and at approximately 10,000 square metres, it is larger than ever before. Visitors will have the opportunity to connect with popular airlines such as China Southern Airlines, Cargolux, All Nippon Airways, Etihad Cargo, Lufthansa Cargo, Silk Way West Airlines, Qatar Cargo and United Cargo, as well as airports, service providers and logistics services.
China Logistics and China Air Freight also provide an excellent opportunity to obtain the latest market information. Experts from all areas of the logistics industry will discuss hot topics such as e-commerce, the Maritime Silk Road, and supply chain logistics trends and technologies in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on the automotive, chemical and textile industries. Conference sessions are free for exhibitors and visitors.
