CSafe has launched CGT Ultra D – a versatile dry ice dewar designed to meet the evolving needs of Advanced Therapeutic Medicinal Products (ATMPs). Maintains temperatures below -70°C for an industry-leading 37+ days.
The product will be unveiled at Meeting on the Mesa – the cell and gene industry conference in Phoenix, Arizona, October 7-9. Attendees are invited to visit the CSafe booth (table M21) to see the new product and to get an exclusive preview of the upcoming product, the disposable CGT Cryo S liquid nitrogen.

The launch of CGT Ultra D and CGT Cryo S marks a significant milestone in the completion of dewars’ comprehensive CSafe range, part of its CGT portfolio. They are engineered to perform to ensure coverage of the full range of temperature ranges and the effectiveness of cell and gene therapies. The dewars come equipped with TracSafe RLT data loggers, which provide real-time GPS location and conditional data via CSafe Connect, CSafe’s cloud-based gateway.

Earlier this year, CSafe launched CGT Cryo M, a multi-use liquid nitrogen that is available in 4 and 10 litres, and maintains temperatures below -150°C for more than 10 days. The product was unveiled at LogiPharma EU, in Lyon, France.
For a wide range of sizes, CSafe’s CGT Ultra Dry Ice Parcel Shipper is available in load sizes from 2 to 56 litres, and can maintain temperatures below -70°C for 96 and 120 hours respectively. CSafe’s complete CGT product range is qualified to stringent ISTA 7D testing standards and delivers industry-leading performance.
