
Hactl has streamlined its goods acceptance processes with the opening of its new Terminal Services Center (Export) (TSCE), which embodies new digital processes and document handling features.
The center provides a more enjoyable work environment for employees and uses many innovative new features to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. In addition, it will reduce the space and human effort needed to handle paper, reduce paper consumption, reduce the chances of human error, and facilitate early pre-showing.

“The new TSCE is another important step towards our goal of paperless operations, a significant boost to our efficiency and service quality, and is a win-win for everyone,” said Wilson Kwong, CEO of Hactl.
“For freight forwarders, the new TSCE will provide an accurate progress timeline and instant document acceptance results, and will reduce costs by eliminating the use of couriers.”
“For our airline customers, the new TSCE will record and display document delivery and acceptance times, reduce the space required to store documents, and make it easier to close flights early and accept later bookings.”

The grand opening of the new TSCE was held on September 25, and was attended by numerous officials from government departments and customers as well as local air cargo industry executives, including representatives from the Transport and Logistics Bureau, Civil Aviation Administration and Hong Kong Customs and Excise Administration. The Hong Kong Airport Authority, the Hong Kong Freight and Logistics Association, the Hong Kong Air Cargo Truck Drivers Association, and the International Air Transport Association.
