The world of aviation and logistics is turning east. The trend that is gradually accelerating is the advancement of production centers in Asia and the expansion of logistics centers in the Middle East, providing supply chain connectivity between Asia/Africa/Europe and beyond to North America.
The region’s seaports are innovating with their airport partners to create new intermodal solutions tailored to the industry ethos of high-quality supply chain solutions that are fast, safe, secure and efficient.
With this in mind, the Board of Directors of the International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has taken the decision that the successful TIACA Air Cargo Forum (ACF), currently held every two years at its permanent headquarters in Miami, will become an annual gathering of supply chain professionals, world-class solution providers and industry thought leaders and influencers.
After an extensive process of evaluating many exceptional venues across the Middle East, the TIACA Board of Directors has selected Abu Dhabi as the second permanent location for the now annual ACF Exhibition.
“What promises to be a unique event in the region, with golf, yoga and networking events on the beach and in the fast-paced world of Ferrari, we invite the world to come together once again for the annual industry reunion at TIACA ACF.” said Glenn Hughes, Director General of TIACA.
“We promise the winning formula of world-class exhibitors, industry leaders sharing their insights through engaging discussions and throwing in a few surprises for good measure.”
