
The ATA 2025 146 conference collected the industry expert to discuss the future of live animal transportation. Hosting it in Doha, the event was distinguished by insightful discussions about the treatment of AVI, animal welfare, compliance, and innovation in transportation solutions.

The main moments included a welcoming speech delivered by Eric Wilson, SVP Global Sale in Qatar Airways shipping, an attractive AVI processing committee and animal well -being that includes Michael Walmold, head of shipping services, and the appointment of Willem Lodewijk Berk, regional goods sales manager, such as ATA president. The participants also had the opportunity to visit the Modern Qatari Airways Center.
The conference dealt with the challenges of critical industry, including animal movement, transportation risks, horse transportation complications, avoiding leaves of leaves, and the nutritional consequences of horse transport. The strong focus on “Prevention is better than the treatment approach” to improve animal care all over the supply chain.
