Softlink Global has taken a significant step forward with the opening of its new, larger office in Delhi. The move is part of a larger wave of growth for Softlink Global, which recently expanded its Chennai office to enhance service efficiency, foster closer collaboration with customers, and support its vibrant logistics ecosystem.
Amit Maheshwari, Founder and CEO, Softlink Global, inaugurated the new office on 10 January 2025 in a warm and festive atmosphere alongside the Delhi team. This event marked a milestone in Softlink’s journey since its initial steps to Delhi in 2004. North India – A Growing Logistics Powerhouse
As the heart of North India, Delhi is a vital logistics hub due to its strategic location, strong infrastructure and thriving economy. The region’s well-connected air, rail and road networks make it an essential gateway for national and international logistics operations.
The relocated office aims to support growing opportunities in sectors such as e-commerce, manufacturing and retail, as well as meet the growing demand for digital logistics solutions. With its strong presence in Delhi, Softlink is better equipped to meet these market demands and provide superior support to its customers. A vision for the future
Amit Maheshwari shared his vision at the launch event. “Our journey began in Delhi with a small office and ambitious dreams. Today, this larger office is a reflection of our growth and commitment to providing world-class logistics solutions to our customers in North India. It is all about getting closer to our customers, understanding their needs and working with them to navigate a digital-first logistics future.”
He further emphasized that “our focus extends beyond physical growth. Through continuous product innovation and skill development initiatives such as the Softlink Academy, under which we launch programs such as LogiEXPERT – customized for our customers’ teams – we remain committed to empowering our customers to achieve greater success.
