Now in its second year, the event continued to acquire momentum, with the increased demand for capacity, in the excessive event. This overwhelming interest highlights both the increasing number of women in the logistical services industry and strong demand for spaces that can communicate, cooperate and grow.
Women have increased in Wcaworld conferences steadily in recent years, with the World Conference almost attended over the past five years. In 2025, women formed about 30 % of those present. Although the public population is not yet reflected, this represents a big step forward and indicates a positive change within the industry.
Some areas are particularly strong in gender diversity, as Asia and the Pacific Ocean are at the forefront of both female members and logistical services owned by women. Through Wcaworld, it has become nearly 2,500 member companies owned by women, and the number of women participating in the network has doubled in the past decade. This growth strengthens Wcaworld position as a place for women in logistical services to flourish.
Despite this progress, there is still a lack of women at the highest levels of this industry. In order to know this, Wcaworld is committed to further change, and expanding efforts to support women and enable it within the network while continuing to arrange more comprehensive and varied logistical sector as a whole.
Beyond Wcaworld: Women’s presence in logistical services still appears first in the week of air cargo.
