
Holland BV (WFS) has completed all over the world, SATS, its acquisition of Menzies World Cargo (Amsterdam) BV, which is part of Menzies Aviation at Shaibhoul Airport in Amsterdam, which is a major international airport in Holland.
The purchase, which was signed in August 2024, was closed on January 31, 2025, after completing the necessary conditions for the treatment, including consulting the local works council.
This step increases the power of WFS to more than 50,000 square meters at the Chiphoul Airport in Amsterdam, where WFS now serves more than 120 airlines and shipping companies. The additional charging capacity will support the continuation of the high service levels of WFS in Amsterdam and provide space for future growth.
